AMi Brand Rotary Dial Equipment
The AMi brand product line consists of 3 standard cam driven rotary dial machines referred to as the; AMi/1, AMi/2, and the AMi/4.
Each machine utilizes standard off the shelf tooling for pick and place, probe, orient, shuttle and lift just to name a few. These tooling packages are interchangeable between the 3 chassis´s.
Cycle rates range from 10cpm to 70cpm depending on the application.
The AMi product line has been in existence since 1973. There are over 800 machines in the field.
The AMi assembly machine never becomes obsolete. There have been hundreds of machines retooled because of product design changes or machines have been completely rebuilt for a brand new product.
AMi Rotary Dial Chassis
The AMi brand rotary dial cam-driven chassis´s are specifically designed for customers who require assembly and test equipment for high volume small parts. The AMi chassis never becomes obsolete and can be retooled and refurbished over and over to accommodate changes in your product design, or to assemble a completely different product.
Standard features include:
Cam driven motion for dial index and tooling
Cycle rates up to 70 parts per minute single tooled
Overload protection on dial index, pick and place and probe devices
Tooling is interchangeable between the three (3) chassis´s which minimize cost for spare parts.
Standard tooling and spare parts are readily available in 24 hours.
Over 1000 different combinations of standard tooling, ie; pick and place, probes, shuttles, orient tooling, conveyors, lift mechanisms, etc.
Time to market is kept to a minimum since the chassis and tooling are pre-engineered.
